The company’s origins date back to the late 1950’s, when Arthur Breakstone started the company as a tract home developer/builder, multi-family builder and investors, as well as a hotel operator/owner.

In the late 1980’s Noah Breakstone (Arthur’s son) took over the reign of the company. Since then, BHI has grown to become one of South Florida’s pre-eminent luxury homebuilders and multi-family developer.
